Shipping Time and Process:
Please allow approx 2 weeks for handling, packing and shipping once payment is received. International delivery times may vary. Please note that the listed price of the painting is fully inclusive of handling, packing, shipping & insurance. We are very pleased to offer this as a courtesy to the buyer.
Once artwork is shipped, you will immediately be provided with a tracking number to track your artwork. A direct signature is required upon arrival.
Return Policy:
It is the customer’s’ responsibility to inspect original artwork upon arrival for any damage. (We have never experienced delivery of damaged painting). In the unlikely event of damage or non-arrival of artwork, please notify Aelita Andre Art within 24 hours for immediate attention.
